Joe Kaderavek is a seasoned ASX executive with a 30-year background in mining, finance and strategy development. He has held senior roles at prominent firms such as Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust, and Five Oceans Asset Management, where he managed operational reviews and strategic assessments/investments across mining, processing, railway, and port facilities in Australia, North America, and Europe. As the founding CEO of Cobalt Blue Holdings, Joe led the development of the Broken Hill Cobalt Project, one of the largest new cobalt projects outside Africa, and was instrumental in securing strategic partnerships with companies such as LG International and Iwatani Corporation. Joe is a foundation partner of Engage IR.

Hunter Wardman is a digital innovation specialist with a focus on automation, artificial intelligence, and the implementation of scalable technology solutions in complex environments. With a background in delivering data-driven tools and platforms for government and industry, Hunter has led the design and rollout of intelligent systems that streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and improve stakeholder engagement. In his role with the NSW Government, he is responsible for driving the adoption of next-generation digital tools—particularly across Power Platform, AI-integrated apps, and workflow automation—to modernise governance and risk frameworks.
